This large Vintage Lefton Rustic Daisy Teapot Cookie Jar just radiates country elegance. White basket weave pattern accented with lovely pale yellow daisies surrounded by green leaves. Very clever, the unique lid resembles a miniature teapot on top of a dome. Marked “JAPAN” on the bottom. Circa 1950’s. Measures approx. 13″ tall, 8″ wide, 12″ spout to handle
Condition: Very Good. Light crazing that is usual with vintage ceramics. Rough area around rim of spout, chip/defect on protruding piece behind spout and glaze drip on inside of base (see last 3 gallery pictures). Defects do not detract from the beauty of the piece. No box. Please review pictures carefully, they describe this item the best. These are second hand / vintage items so wear should be expected to be commensurate with their age.
