This Vintage Ceramic Holder and Six Small Cups Set consists of six cups and their holder. Marbled look pink and white glaze over reddish tan clay. Features the Madonna and child pictured inside a blue circle surrounded by stars with Ave Maria written on the bottom. In the background a view of an erupting Mount Vesuvius crater in Naples, Italy. This set is not fine china, more rustic with a rougher, flawed surface. This Vintage Ceramic Holder and Six Small Cups would make an interesting piece of decor.
Measures approx. 7″ tall
Condition: Very nice overall for age, no box. Wear and rough edges mostly felt rather than seen, most likely during manufacture. Would expect crazing but do not see it. Most notable manufacturing flaw seen on one cup with dented handle and extra clay on the side, see last picture. Please review pictures carefully, they are best description of this item. These are second hand / vintage items so wear should be expected to be commensurate with their age.
