A hard to find PY Miyao Anthropomorphic Apple Teapot full of whimsy. Large, wide eyes, protruding nose and cheery smile will charm all those who see it. Hand painted color remains bright and shiny. Missing lid. Nice mid century item, made in Japan. This PY Miyao Anthropomorphic Apple Teapot would make a nice addition to any teapot collection. Stamped on the bottom and retains original label.
Size: 4” tall x 5″ wide x 8½” from handle to spout
Condition: Good for age, small chip on end of spout. Missing lid of teapot. Displays well. No box. Crazing may exist in a piece this age, however we did not see it. Please review pictures carefully. These are second hand / vintage items so wear should be expected to be commensurate with their age.
