This is a Chinese Glass Snuff Bottle depicting a man and boy sitting under a tree on one side. The other side depicts four men relaxing under another tree. A skilled artist expertly hand painted the scenes on the inside of the bottle. This snuff bottle has an oval shape. Lovely two toned cabochon style stopper/top. This Chinese Glass Snuff Bottle would be a great addition to a snuff bottle collection. Truly a miniature work of art!
Measures approx. 3½” tall and 3″ wide.
Condition: Very good, no box. This is a second hand / vintage item so expect wear to be commensurate with its age.
Special Note: Never wash the inside of this type of snuff bottle. Washing the inside destroys the watercolor painting.
